Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for facility management, diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, managing parts costs, keeping records, and delivering resident-focused service in a Civitas Senior Living community in Flagstaff, AZ. Requires at least 1 year of experience; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; HVAC/plumbing/electrical certifications are a plus. Responsibilities include daily walkthroughs to identify malfunctions, servicing requests, troubleshooting equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance Director on expenses, maintaining records, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering empathetic customer service to residents.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in an apartment or multifamily environment.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
