Job Summary

We’re seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to ensure facilities operate efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems, inspecting for structural damage, keeping records of repairs, and developing preventative maintenance measures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and be knowledgeable about various systems and techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
  • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
