Apartment Leasing Specialist

Conduct apartment leasing and resident retention activities at Cedar Ridge Apartments in Topeka, Kansas. Manage prospective and current resident interactions to support leasing and retention goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. Complete background and drug screening as part of the onboarding process. Requires customer service experience, reliable transportation, and a commitment to a 40-hour work week. Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred, along with RentCafe or Yardi familiarity.
