Job Summary
Sell and lease apartment homes at the Villages at Raleigh Beach community by conducting tours, following AIR's sales process, and engaging prospects to help them find their new home. Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to Fair Housing Laws. Provide leasing support to all AIR communities, contribute to marketing efforts, and ensure proper leasing documentation. Requires 1+ year sales and customer service experience, strong English communication, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends. Includes a 25% rent discount at AIR communities, the option to live onsite or nearby, and comprehensive benefit offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant)
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours (weekends may be required)
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English
