Job Summary
Leasing apartments on-site at Point Bonita in Chula Vista, CA. Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of the community and help prospects find their new home. Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and contribute to community marketing efforts. Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience (property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours (Tue-Sat 10:00am–7:00pm)
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
