Job Summary
Leasing consultants at AIR will follow a structured sales process to tour and show Meadow Creek in Boulder, CO, helping prospects find their new home while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, maintaining monthly leasing goals, providing leasing support to all AIR communities as needed, contributing to community marketing efforts, and adhering to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations. The role emphasizes sales performance, guest experience, teamwork, and ongoing professional development, with base pay of $20 per hour plus high-volume commission opportunities and a 25% rent discount at AIR communities. Strong communication, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant)
- Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process
- Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours. Typical schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:30pm (hours may vary)
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
