Responsibilities include driving leasing success, delivering exceptional customer service, following up with prospects, and using technology (Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, CRM) to optimize leasing operations. Requires availability for Saturdays and multiple weekdays, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of apartment leasing experience. Bilingual English/Spanish and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
