Apartment Leasing Professional ($17-$19/hr)

Greet prospects, residents, vendors, and guests while responding to calls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins to qualify prospects and schedule tours. Tour models, amenities, and vacant apartments to match features to prospect needs, then prepare applications, lease paperwork, move-in packets, renewals, and resident communications. Collect and document deposits, fees, rent, and other payments as assigned while maintaining accurate records in property management software and following Fair Housing requirements. Support marketing efforts to help meet occupancy goals. Schedule may include Saturdays, leasing events, month-end activity, and occasional overtime; ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 lbs is required.
