Apartment Leasing Manager

Oversee leasing operations to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals by managing rent collection, posting payments, and issuing late notices. Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers while preparing reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation. Support the leasing agent through coaching and development, maintain resident confidentiality, and manage an active social media presence to generate traffic. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters while collaborating with the Property Manager and onsite team. Requires minimum two years of Assistant Manager experience, flexible weekend availability, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or relocate.
