Apartment Leasing Consultant- Union Flats

Track and log daily phone and walk-in traffic while preparing weekly reports. Assist applicants with the leasing process, gather documentation, and prepare vacant units for move-in including light cleaning. Maintain marketing materials, vacancy reports, and resident insurance files. Promote resident retention through community events and conduct quarterly competitor surveys. Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and resident inquiries. Provide phone coverage and assist with scheduling tours and maintenance requests. Requires Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings. Compensation is $20.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
