Apartment Leasing Consultant

Conduct apartment leasing activities at River Oaks Apartments in Kentwood, Michigan, within a market rate community of 380 units. Engage with prospective tenants to secure rentals and renewals, aiming for commission potential of up to $100 per rental and $100 per renewal. Support the leasing process by handling customer service inquiries and managing day-to-day tenant relations. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with rotated Saturdays from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. This full-time, year-round role offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $17.00, with performance-based yearly raises.
