Apartment Leasing Consultant - Emerson Flats

Track and log daily phone and walk-in traffic while preparing weekly reports. Assist applicants through the leasing process, gather documentation, and prepare vacant units for move-in with light cleaning. Maintain marketing materials, vacancy reports, and resident insurance files. Promote retention by executing community events and conducting quarterly competitor surveys. Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and resident inquiries. Provide phone coverage and operational support as needed. This role offers $20/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a Tuesday–Friday schedule and Saturday coverage. Candidates need a high school diploma, leasing or sales experience, and a valid driver's license.
