Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at a 252-unit luxury apartment community in Tallahassee is responsible for greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in line with fair housing laws. The role includes answering calls and emails, completing guest cards, and securing leases, leveraging strong communication and closing skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs is required, along with a 30 WPM typing speed. The position includes weekend work (including Saturdays) and requires a valid Florida driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of conventional leasing experience on apartment community.
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work every Saturday.
- Valid FL Driver’s License.
