Apartment Leasing Agent-Part Time

Part-time Leasing Agent responsible for screening leasing inquiries, qualifying prospects, showing available apartments, handling new leases and renewals, preparing leasing paperwork and supporting documentation, contributing to marketing efforts, updating Leasing Activity Reports, and maintaining resident relations; requires 3–5 years of leasing/sales experience in housing or hospitality, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with Word and Outlook, and familiarity with property-management software (RealPage preferred or Yardi); strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to pass background and drug tests; shifts: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 8a–5p.
