Job Summary
Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and maintain high occupancy levels by mailing renewal offers, logging responses, and managing property availability. Approve and present rental applications to the General Manager for execution while ensuring accurate lease records and resident check-ins. Manage property licenses, liaise with legal counsel for renewals, and handle check-outs including key acceptance and unit inspections. Respond to resident concerns promptly to foster good public relations and assist in developing marketing and retention programs. Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and vendors while performing general administrative duties. This role supports the General Manager in ensuring customer satisfaction, fiscal stability, and good physical condition at Campus Apartments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Knowledge of and adherence to all federal, state and local laws
- Ability to follow through with all necessary paperwork and ensure all deadlines are met
- Demonstrate a positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude at all times
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally while operating in a fast paced environment
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may occasionally call for minor deviations
- Ability to think rationally beyond a specific set of instructions
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is preferred
- Knowledge of Entrata is preferred
- Accurate in numerical analysis and transfer of related data
- Accurate in preparation of documents to ensure grammatical and legal correctness
