Job Summary
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance; stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm; verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation; provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects; generate traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement; host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations; create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement; support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks; represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
