Job Summary
Apartment Leasing Agent responsible for standing, greeting, qualifying, and closing prospects; leasing apartments to maintain occupancy; verifying applications and processing leasing paperwork; delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects; generating traffic through outreach and community engagement; hosting resident functions; maintaining the property's social media presence to drive traffic; supporting the Property Manager/Leasing Manager with daily tasks; representing the community with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
- Strong sales and leasing skills with proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
- Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate
