Job Summary
Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations while completing and overseeing service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results. Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules, ensuring all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain organized inventory, support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects, and participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled. Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction while managing physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs. and working primarily outdoors. This role requires valid HVAC certification, a drivers license, and at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius or relocate. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing
- Valid HVAC Certification
- Valid Drivers License
