Job Summary
Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations while completing and overseeing service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results. Coordinate make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules, ensuring all work orders and unit turns are finished efficiently and accurately. Maintain organized inventory, support the Property Manager with various projects, and participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled. This role requires a minimum of two years of multifamily maintenance experience, valid HVAC certification, and a drivers license. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or relocate. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing
- Valid HVAC Certification
- Valid Drivers License

- A personal set of basic hand tools
- Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
- Strong organizational skills
