Apartment HVAC Maintenance Tech

Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in an apartment community, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. Service Technician II responsibilities cover A/C/heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances, and miscellaneous items such as stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, flooring, and ceiling leaks. Requires 3+ years of on-site property maintenance experience and EPA Refrigerant Certification Level II or Universal. Must be able to work both independently and with a team, with weekends on-call on a rotating schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) are pluses.
