Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for rental using company "Get Ready" standards, including moving and installing appliances, installing and rekeying locks, and assisting with general appliance and plumbing repairs. Install fixtures as required and participate in ongoing property improvement and preventative maintenance. Adhere to company safety policies, including applicable OSHA safety standards. Requires a high school diploma, working knowledge of tools and maintenance processes, and good physical condition with willingness to work overtime. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and pass background checks. Starting salary is $20/hour with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Good physical condition and strength with willingness to work overtime
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
- Must pass credit check, background check, and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes, get-ready procedures, pool maintenance, and general care preferred
