Job Summary
Community Manager for apartment communities in the Dallas area. Lead day-to-day operations, hire/train/develop onsite team, supervise office and maintenance staff, drive occupancy and rental-rate performance, manage budgets and financial reporting, oversee service requests and work orders, maintain curb appeal, and ensure resident satisfaction. Must have 3+ years ofProperty Management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends/holidays. Focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences, operational excellence, and a positive work environment.

- 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager
- Previous property management experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills
