Job Summary
Turn and maintain apartments to high standards; perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs; keep common areas clean, safe, and inviting; manage inventory and collaborate with the property manager; participate in an on-call emergency rotation; requires 2+ years of apartment/property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong repair, customer service, and problem-solving skills; HVAC certification recommended.
