Job Summary
Apartment Cleaner responsibilities include performing full cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents, ensuring appliances are clean and in good condition, completing tasks across floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and fixtures, assisting with daily grounds upkeep including trash pickup and exterior cleanliness, cleaning laundry facilities and maintaining tidy laundry areas, keeping clubhouse/office/fitness center clean (floors, windows, restrooms, high-touch surfaces), reporting maintenance or safety concerns, collaborating with maintenance/management to meet company standards, and following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (apartments, hotels, or commercial cleaning preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Bilingual preferred but not required
