Apartment Cleaner needed in Peru, IN

Independent Cleaning Contractor (1099) needed to provide apartment cleaning services across Peru, IN. Responsibilities include unit turn cleaning (move-out/make-ready cleans), cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, inside appliances, cabinets, baseboards, doors, trim, fixtures, interior windows, blinds, window sills, and floors; trash removal; and occasional common-area cleaning of hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces. Must clean to move-in ready standards, supply own cleaning equipment and products, have reliable transportation, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and operate with strong attention to detail. Ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to meet deadlines. Compensation is paid per unit or hourly rate (to be discussed); work is as-needed based on unit availability.
