Job Summary
Assist with daily service requests, unit make-readies, and apartment upgrades while performing general maintenance on plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool systems. Collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects and maintain a safe, clean community environment. Use and maintain personal hand tools to provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers. Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation. This role requires a valid HVAC license, minimum two years of multifamily experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of The Park at Knightsbridge or relocate. Competitive pay of $21-$24/hour includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, generous PTO, and rental housing discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- Valid HVAC License
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
- A personal set of basic hand tools
- Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate
- Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
