Job Summary
Complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results while coordinating make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all work orders and unit turns are finished efficiently and accurately, maintaining organized inventory and proper tool usage. Support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiatives, participating in the on-call rotation as scheduled. Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction. This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting up to 100 lbs, with most work occurring outdoors. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of Prestige at Barker Cypress.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing
- Valid HVAC Certification
- Valid Drivers License
- reliable transportation
- Stable work history
- A personal set of basic hand tools
- Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
- Strong organizational skills

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Bilingual English/Spanish
