Job Summary
As an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in North Dallas, you will use plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and general maintenance skills to complete service requests efficiently, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, assist the Lead Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations, and help maintain pool safety and the grounds while delivering prompt, courteous service to residents. You'll collaborate with team members, respond to on-call after-hours emergencies, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification required
- 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
