Job Summary
Conduct electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs while transporting and installing new appliances to keep premises safe, presentable, and up to code. Collaborate with the community team to maintain high curb appeal and ensure outside areas are clean and safe. Supervise one or more employees by interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, and addressing complaints in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing laws. Perform additional tasks assigned by a supervisor while demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail in a multi-family housing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in property maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Reliable transportation
