Job Summary
APAC Sales Finance Lead overseeing financial performance and governance for APAC sales, partnering with BU leadership to shape growth, drive profitable revenue, and standardize finance processes across regions. Delivers actionable insights on revenue, margin, pipeline quality, and backlog; analyzes variance drivers; ensures GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. Leads forecasting (weekly, monthly, long term), coordinates cross-regional planning, mentors analysts, and champions digital tools and advanced analytics to enable capital deployment and strategic decision-making. Requires deep financial analysis skills, excellent communication, and ability to influence across geographies; typically 8–10 years experience in finance with a university degree and accounting certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred
