APAC Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
APAC Quality Assurance Manager responsible for auditing internal plant processes across APAC and off-take plants, maintaining QM systems, conducting process and product audits, establishing and tracking corrective actions, developing recurring reports and presentations for upper management, and collaborating with Engineering, Process Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Central Customer Service and Marketing. Responsibilities include training on quality tools, developing and updating product/ process standards, leading QM-related projects, organizing Regional Process Community activities, and driving continuous improvement. Requires engineering background, tire-production/plant quality experience, expertise in IATF16949/ISO9001/Six Sigma, travel 20-30%, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Engineer (mechanical, chemical) or similar education background
- 5 years experience minimum in tire production, plant quality management or R&D
- Tire background is recommended
- Advanced knowledge in IATF16949, ISO9001, Six Sigma and similar qualifications, SPS
- Fluent English is required
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of work time
