Job Summary
APAC Project Manager for Listerine/Fem Care in Asia Pacific (Thailand) responsible for driving growth, profitability, and business continuity initiatives across inter-affiliate and in-region projects. Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment (Supply Chain VSL/PMO, manufacturing sites, planning, sourcing, marketing, QA) from project approval through completion. Manage risk assessment, feasibility of scope/investment/resources, develop detailed timelines, identify trigger events, and present mitigation options to senior leaders. Provide strategic leadership to the project team, coordinate with Franchise leads to achieve global objectives, facilitate regular core-team meetings, coach junior project managers, and ensure governance adherence. Desired background includes GMP/ISO experience, NPD/LCM knowledge, and proficiency with portfolio-management tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- PMP certification and/or other project management certification a plus
- 8+ years of business/work experience with cross-functional experience (R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in GMP and/or ISO regulated environment
- Knowledge of New Product Development and Life Cycle Management
- Experience using a PPM tool to manage a portfolio of projects
- Knowledge of Process Excellence methodologies
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery and escalate when needed
