Job Summary
APAC Onboarding Officer in Asset and Wealth Management leads end-to-end client onboarding, supports inquiries, processes transactions, and troubleshoots issues to ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to refer services when appropriate, applies AML/KYC risk analysis, and escalates operational risks as needed. Drives continuous improvement in service delivery, maintains quality standards per Policy & Procedures, serves as the main point of contact for Bankers to manage expectations and resolve issues within SLAs, and handles case queries related to PEP, screening, regulatory, compliance, legal, and operational risk. Demonstrates strategic planning, anti-fraud awareness, and automation capabilities to optimize service center operations and enhance client experience in a Private Banking context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in client service and/or operations.
- Strong knowledge of Private Banking industry including a sound understanding of KYC, AML , Regulatory requirements (i.e. HKMA and MAS)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
