Job Summary
APAC-focused marketing leader, VP-level, responsible for developing and executing Global Investment Banking marketing strategy across APAC (Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, India). Lead content-rich campaigns, thought leadership, and client-facing materials; coordinate with regional business heads, legal/compliance, and analytics to measure ROI and optimize programs. Drive distribution strategies across newsletters, web, social, and events; manage budgets and vendor partnerships; ensure brand guidelines and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Collaborate with global teams to align priorities and support broader Global Banking initiatives, delivering strategic plans, campaign frameworks, and market-specific programs to grow Global Investment Banking in APAC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or communications within investment banking or corporate banking; or business journalism
- In-depth knowledge of investment banking products, client segments, and the industry landscape
- Strong expertise in digital and content marketing, with advanced business writing and content generation skills
- Proven experience managing complex projects and budgets
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management systems, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop executive-level presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and engagement with senior executives across multiple markets
Desired Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to tailor programs for local relevance and cultural sensitivity (preferred)
- Fluency in one or more Asian languages (preferred)
- Experience in thought leadership content creation for financial services (preferred)
