Job Summary
APAC-focused Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator responsible for end-to-end recruiting operations support, scheduling, logistics for events and internships, candidate data management, onboarding/offboarding, and partner support for recruiters. Key duties include coordinating end-to-end recruiting activities, planning and managing event logistics (venues, AV, registrations, materials) for Early Careers programs, ensuring consistent interview structures and evaluation, maintaining accurate candidate information in systems, supporting intern conversions, handling candidate inquiries, and using data/reporting to optimize recruiting operations. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in operations/HR controls, plus strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with common productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook; Tableau/VBA advantageous). Preference for experience in global financial services and handling highly confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 2 years of operations experience
- Required experience in HR controls, policies and process
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and escalate appropriately
- Ability to navigate technology platforms used for communication, data gathering and reporting
