Job Summary
Senior Associate, APAC Control Management leading central control programs, drive transformation initiatives, and provide regional oversight. Responsibilities include establishing robust governance, communicating milestones to stakeholders, optimizing controls to reduce risks, developing Alteryx data flows and dashboards for automated reporting, monitoring performance, promoting regional alignment, managing local stakeholder relationships, and participating in global/regulatory engagements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in financial services (finance/controls/audit/risk), strong project management and analytics skills, proficiency with Alteryx and Tableau, and excellent communication and stakeholder management. Located in Kowloon, Hong Kong, with an on-site (in-person) work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of financial services experience in finance, controls, audit, and risk management
- Experience leading transformation initiatives or complex projects in a cross-business and function environment
- Advanced project management and business analysis skills, including project planning, solution design, risk management, governance, and reporting
- Technical proficiency in data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx) and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to develop executive presentations
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience with regional oversight and cross-LOB collaboration
- Prior involvement in regulatory engagements or strategic change initiatives
- Familiarity with APAC control environments and local regulatory requirements
