Job Summary
Lead regional procurement governance and strategy across Asia-Pacific, establishing unified governance, operating models, and compliance frameworks to enable a scalable procurement function. Drive spend management, category strategy, supplier optimization, and cost savings while coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Performance for cross-functional alignment. Oversee end-to-end process optimization, enterprise systems and digital enablement (Flex P2P, Tableau P2P, BI), data governance, and KPI development; define multi-year transformation roadmaps, establish governance structures, and manage change. Build and mentor the procurement community, create careers pathways, and partner with DxT on system roadmaps to deliver measurable business impact across compliance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business or related fields
- Regional multi-country leadership experience in procurement
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-geography teams
- Knowledge in Flex, Tableau or Core DxT is an advantage
- Ability with KPI frameworks and performance measurement
- Proficiency in procurement best practices and category management
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with balance of short-term delivery and long-term capability building
