Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the 'Voice Of Customer' program across countries, participating in the development of satisfaction surveys, and contributing to action plans based on VOC results. You will need to demonstrate professionalism, autonomy, and rigor, along with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of databases. A Master’s Degree in Commerce or Marketing is required, as well as proficiency in English and excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Master 2 (BAC+5) in Commerce or Marketing
- Demonstrated professionalism and seriousness
- Ability to work in an international context
- Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
