Temporary, part-time AP Specialist responsible for high-volume invoice processing with PO matching, vendor validation, weekly payment runs, A/P aging monitoring, and month-end support; requires strong Excel, detail orientation, reliable communication; in-office in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred OR at least 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs; data organization
- Detail-oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision in a heavily manual process environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
