Job Summary
Own the end-to-end AP process, ensuring every payment is accurate, verified, and processed on time. Facilitate seamless online payment workflows for Director-level approval and bridge communication gaps by liaising with regional teams to track down missing documents or clarify discrepancies. Serve as the solution-oriented contact for international inquiries and resolve issues for other countries departments. Ensure proper filing of documents while maintaining trilingual communication skills in English, BM, and Mandarin for daily collaborations with partners in China. Requires a Degree in Finance/Accountancy, 3–5 years of AP experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCount.
Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of AP experience
- Tech-savviness in MS Excel and accounting tools like AutoCount
- Trilingual communication skills: English and BM are standard, but Mandarin is essential for our daily collaborations with partners in China
