Job Summary
Hybrid Work model in Krakow, Poland for an AP/PtP Accounting SME. Responsibilities include supporting end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P governance across entities, driving P2P transformation initiatives and process standardization, evaluating process effectiveness and identifying improvements, preparing and delivering process and systems training, supporting data analysis and KPI/SLA reporting, managing access for the service provider, conducting root-cause analysis, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. Requires a university degree in Finance/Accounting, 2–3 years in AP/P2P, strong English, MS Office proficiency, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle/JD Edwards). Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes
- Experience in an SME, senior analyst, or process specialist role
- Very good language skills in English
- Practical knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle and JD Edwards)
- Good understanding of AP accounting principles
- Good analytical skills
