Job Summary
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with C2's curriculum and assess student progress regularly to provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records, collaborate with staff to foster a supportive environment, and communicate effectively with parents regarding growth and concerns. Participate in professional development activities while adhering to company policies. Sessions occur after school hours Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays, with a requirement to tutor in-person. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, possess two years of teaching experience, and score at the 95th percentile on diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT tests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
