Job Summary
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the C2 curriculum while assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate records, collaborate with staff to foster a supportive learning environment, and participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills. Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned. Sessions occur after school hours Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays. This part-time role offers a 401(k) match, employee discounts, and a referral program for those with a Bachelor's degree and relevant teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test
