Job Summary
Process high volumes of P-Card expense reports accurately and enter receipts into the Oracle EBS financial system. Review, code, and validate transactions while performing basic financial calculations to reconcile discrepancies. Verify documentation for compliance, communicate with internal staff and suppliers to resolve invoice issues, and research data entry errors. Maintain organized financial records and meet established productivity standards. Assist with month-end reporting as needed. This three-to-six-month contract in Renton supports the organization's fiscal operations in a structured, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Experience in financial processing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related fiscal support work
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate complex financial systems
- Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy
- Ability to perform basic financial calculations and reconciliations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies
