Job Summary
Lead a classroom of diverse learners by delivering engaging instruction aligned with state standards and implementing hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and individualized support. Maximize student achievement through ongoing assessments and tailored instructional adjustments while fostering a positive environment based on mutual respect and active inquiry. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to provide well-rounded support, incorporating technology and creative tools to enhance the learning experience. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities supported by the school to model lifelong learning. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, valid teaching certification, and teaching experience. Full-time employment for 10 months with a base salary, sign-on bonus, and 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)
- Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification
- Teaching experience, which may include student teaching or other relevant experience
- Strong command of the subject(s) you teach and the ability to deliver content in an engaging, impactful manner
- Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession
- Pass a mandatory drug screening
- Pass a background check
