Job Summary
AP/EHS Manager – AP Operations leads cross-functional programs and process initiatives to improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and asset protection. Drives end-to-end process management, manages project teams, schedules, scope, and financial forecasts; delivers regular status updates to leadership; develops change-management strategies, communications plans, and training to support programs; champions internal process improvements and policy enhancements; oversees safety initiatives and partnership with store support teams, field leadership, and management levels; fosters a culture focused on sales, service, and profitability while aligning with company standards; requires collaboration, leadership, and strong communication skills to present information across the organization and cultivate internal/external relationships; preferred experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Safety; Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience (or equivalent) with 3 years in store roles; proficient with MS Office and project-management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3 years store experience
- Experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Safety or related fields
- Good understanding of store computer systems (e.g., APEX/Exploris)
