Job Summary
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and assess student progress regularly to provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate student records and collaborate with staff to foster a supportive learning environment while communicating effectively with parents regarding academic concerns. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and adhere to company policies. Sessions are conducted after school hours Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays. This part-time role offers a 401(k) match, employee discounts, and a referral program. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, have two years of teaching experience, and score at the 95th percentile on a diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
