AP Calculus & AP Physics Tutor

Part-time AP Calculus and AP Physics Tutor needed to provide high-quality after-school instruction aligned with C2 Educational Systems curricula. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining records, collaborating with staff, communicating with parents, participating in professional development, adhering to policies, and performing other duties as assigned. In-person tutoring sessions are scheduled Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with locations in San Diego, CA (including Rancho Bernardo). Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, and scoring in the 95th percentile on relevant diagnostic tests. Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and use educational technology, strong communication and classroom-management skills, and the ability to work part-time. The role emphasizes tutoring in AP Calculus and AP Physics, with a focus on student growth, progress reporting to parents, and collaboration with colleagues.
