Job Summary
Conduct daily accounts receivable cycle management including customer collections, cash application, aging monitoring, and account reconciliation. Manage accounts payable support by routing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and processing credit card transactions. Serve as the liaison between Corporate and Office Admins for both A/R and A/P matters while maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records. Generate reports for the AR Specialist and Controller to communicate account issues and resolve billing discrepancies. This hybrid role requires strong phone communication skills with customers and vendors, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable and professional on the phone with customers and vendors
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database programs
- Ability to create Excel reports using data points, pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Ability to perform data entry and extract information from computer systems
