Job Summary
AP/AR Finance Business Partner Intern at Coty HQ Amsterdam. You will work with the Finance Operations & Business Partnering team to gain hands-on exposure to financial processes, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, including AP/AR operations, working with HQ and Shared Services, and supporting O2C and P2P processes, SOX controls, and analysis of variances. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business with strong Excel skills, English fluency, and an analytical, collaborative mindset. The internship offers mentorship and practical exposure to the financial backbone of a global company, with responsibilities spanning reviews of AP Aging, Aged Debt, DSO, and interaction with commercial, procurement, and supply chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Strong desire to learn how finance operates within a multinational organization
- Analytical mindset with interest in understanding processes, data flows, and financial controls
- Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with diverse teams
- Comfortable working with Excel and eager to develop stronger data-handling skills
- Fluency in English
